new clients wanting to book an appointment will be asked to pay a non refundable deposit that will be taken off the total service amount at their appointment.

if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your hair we require you to let us know within 7 days from your appointment.

we require at least 24hrs notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment, less than 24hrs notice we require you pay a fee of 50% of the service you were booked in for & that fee will need to be paid before booking another appointment.

we have a sms service that sends out a reminder text for your appointment that is booked.

this text gets sent out 2 days before your appointment.
